Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout Canada.
We also plan to offer shipping to select international destinations. Availability and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and after discounts), unless otherwise stated.
Oversized items or special promotional products may not qualify for free shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
420Streetwear.com is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Postal service interruptions

- High shipping volumes

- Labour disruptions

Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
