Do you ship across Canada?
Yes.
We currently ship throughout Canada.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and after discounts), unless otherwise stated.
Certain oversized or promotional items may not qualify.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
After your order ships, delivery generally takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available during checkout.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I exchange an item?
If you need a different size or received a damaged item, please contact us before returning your purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Do colours look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to accurately display product colours.
However, colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor, tablet, or mobile device settings.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some popular products may return, while limited-edition designs may not be restocked.
If a product is marked as limited edition, we recommend ordering while it’s available.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards may become available in the future.
